COMMUNICATION...
At Arnold & Kangas, P.C., the client's goals and concerns are always paramount. The attorney-client relationship begins with the attorney gaining a clear understanding of the client's expectations and objectives, after which a mutually agreed upon strategy is developed. Legal fees are discussed and agreed upon before any work is undertaken. Regular communication between attorney and client is encouraged to insure that the client's needs are being met, and so strategy can be adapted promptly as circumstances warrant. Telephone calls from clients are returned as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.
